As from Sunday 20th October 2024 we will be welcoming families.

It is £100/night based on 1 or 2 adults. Minimum of 2 nights.

All pods feature a full sized double bed & a double sofa bed (except Foxglove pod), perfect for up to 2 adults & 2 children from aged 3-14 or 1 teenager between the ages of 14-17. We strictly do not allow 4 adults or 2 adults & 2 teenagers over the age of 14. There is a charge of £125/night for a family with a minimum of 2 nights.

Please note we don’t provide cots or high chairs due to space inside the pods and age restrictions.

Children must be accompanied at all times out side of the pod field including the activity room.

Cancellation Policy – A non-refundable deposit of a one nights stay will be taken at the time of booking with full payment required 3 weeks before arrival. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of arrival are not eligable for a refund unless the dates can be refilled in which case, a full refund, minus £25 administration fee will be issued.

Transferring a booking to someone else is not permitted unless prior approval has been agreed.

Travel Insurance is advised even with short stay holidays.

A welcome email with details of our online information pack will be sent a week before your stay.

A delicious afternoon tea for two by ‘ The Little Deli’ Malpas. Please note this is not available on Sundays or Mondays or the Christmas period.
£28 -Choice of 3 sandwich fillings & quiche. Vegetarian option available. 2 x fruit scones, jam & clotted cream , Victoria Sandwich, Chocolate Brownie

We can also organise locally made celebration cakes & balloons.
